The challenge was to make our clients next ‘Back To School’ promotion the simplest and easiest promotion they’ve ever run.

Running for four weeks between August and September, our trade-in offer created significant store footfall and exceeded all key sales KPI’s over this key trading period.

We delivered and managed the entire customer experience, creating a customer portal with integrated registration, recycling, payment and customer services. We delivered the entire experience in just six weeks.
