Our brief was to educate customers on the benefits of purchasing at Carphone Warehouse and drive conversion, especially during the Christmas period when customers are already in buying mode.

The £10million Giveaway offered everyone who purchased a guaranteed reward. A simple mechanic asked customers to enter their transaction number & pull a cracker on the microsite to reveal what they had won, from £100k cash to Mini Coopers & Starbucks rewards.
An integrated campaign across multiple touchpoints from TV, social, in-store and experiential, all aimed to drive footfall and engagement throughout the journey.
There were over 900k qualifying transactions, footfall was consistently up +17% YOY during the promotional period and the campaign won Best Retail Promotion at the IPM Awards.
