Our brief for Currys PC World is to create ideas and campaigns that drive preference in a very competitive marketplace. Customers will do their brand and product research way before they hit the store and, with price, service and credit offers now not a differentiator, customers need that ‘clear tipping point’ to direct them to a chosen retailer.
